Shipping Policy
From checkout to your door.
A proposed guide to delivery information, tracking and the next step when an order needs attention.
Policy draft · Review required. New shipping-policy draft. Delivery commitments and operating rules require Operations and Legal approval.

Availability and delivery estimates
Available delivery countries, shipping methods, charges and any estimated dates must be shown for the actual order at checkout. This draft does not promise universal U.S. coverage, free shipping or a fixed dispatch time.
Check the full shipping address and contact details before ordering. If a change is needed, contact support promptly with the order number; a change may not be possible once processing or shipping has begun.
Follow your delivery
Keep the confirmation
Save the order confirmation and use the purchase email when contacting support.
Use the carrier record
Tracking, when supplied, shows the carrier’s latest recorded status. An order may have separate parcels and tracking references.
Report a concern
If tracking stops, shows an unexpected delivery or the parcel arrives damaged, provide the order number, carrier reference and a concise description.
Receiving the order
Check the parcel and product without continuing to use anything damaged or unsafe. Keep packaging and a record of the issue if a shipment needs review.
Do not arrange an unauthorized return. Support should confirm the correct process, address and shipping method before you send a product back.
Publication details to confirm
Operations must approve supported locations, processing times, shipping-rate rules, carriers, address restrictions, delay handling, lost-parcel remedies and any duties or taxes before this text becomes a binding store policy.
Your order’s approved purchase conditions and mandatory consumer rights remain the relevant basis for a specific delivery issue.
