Connected-product conditions

Hardware, data
and services.

Users should know which part of the experience is hardware warranty and which part depends on software, cloud, networks or third parties.

Data before service

Back up and remove personal data before sending a product for service. Service may require reset, deletion or replacement of storage. Returning hardware does not automatically cancel a third-party subscription.

Software and security support

Applicable software and security-support information will be published for the relevant product and market. The hardware warranty does not promise perpetual availability of cloud or third-party services.

Geographic service

Service is normally provided in the country or service region where the product was originally sold by HOMA or an authorized retailer. Parts, regulatory versions and service methods may differ across countries.

Smart Home safety boundary

HOMA Secure products support home awareness. They do not guarantee every event will be detected, recorded, transmitted or prevented and are not substitutes for emergency services, professional monitoring, insurance, smoke alarms or legally required safety systems.

Wearable and LaHear wellness boundary

Unless expressly identified and authorized as a regulated medical device, wearable products and related insights are for general wellness, communication and convenience. LaHear is not a hearing aid. Use safe listening levels and seek professional advice for hearing concerns.
